S’ólh Téméxw Use Plan:

One of the tools used by the PRRO is the S’ólh Téméxw Use Plan, a regional-scale land use plan that aims to bring visibility and recognition to Stó:lō-based relationships with the land. The intention is that this single picture will permit economic development to proceed in a way that minimizes the risk of impacting significant cultural areas. The S’ólh Téméxw Use Plan therefore serves as a high-level strategic planning tool that informs and balances the land use interests and needs of Stó:lō and others ranging from economic development to cultural heritage and environmental conservation and protection.
